Communication is the key to effective property management. Throughout our many years managing blocks and estates we have found that our clients have two primary requirements when it comes to how their managing agent communicates with them.

  1. That communication is regular and accurate
  2. That they can access important information quickly and easily

 

To meet those expectations we utilise an online software system called Blocks Online. This web based portal system not only enables us to provide up to the minute updates to our clients, but also enables you to set up your own account that allows you to keep track of what is going on at your property as well as manage your service charge account.

Your company must adhere to the Companies Act 2006, comply with the law and legislation that governs their business and stringently maintain records, such as the holding of meetings, conduct of board members, any interactions with shareholders and stakeholders and any engagement with government authorities.

Maintenance

  • Report any maintenance issue on site directly to your Property Manager without having to phone or email.
  • Receive automatic updates from your Property Manager as soon as action as been taken to resolve the issue

Service Charges

  • View your live Service Charge Balance
  • View your live Ground Rent Balance
  • View any current and historic service charge invoices issued to you
  • View an up to date statement of your balances

Information

  • Receive updates on notices posted to the block ‘notice board’ to keep you up to date on anything you need to know that is happening on site
  • View important documents such as; service charge budgets, Buildings Insurance, AGM information
  • Access the block Directory where home owners can share their contact information should another owner need to contact them, for example, in the event of a water leak.
