Lets face it, the property management industry has struggled with a bad reputation for as long as properties have needed managing. We have probably all heard a horror story or two from someone who has been on the wrong end of bad property management. In fact Concept was born out of such experience.

 

In 2004, our Managing Director, was suffering the effects of poor communication, non existent customer service and rising costs from the agent managing his leasehold property. At which point he thought, I can do a better job of this myself. And so Concept Property Management was born.

 

Today, almost 20 years later, our core values remain the same. We instil these values into our staff, always collectively striving to be professional, ethical and pro-active. We work hard to buck the trend and distinguish ourselves from others in our industry.
